    To submit information on scholarships your Lodge,  send all scholarship information and the name and phone number of your contact person  to Billy L. Calendar Information....

       All Grand Lodge Conventions, State Conventions and State Committee meetings will be posted on the Calendar. Any major events held at your Lodge
should also be posted in the Calendar.  This will make scheduling meetings and events much easier.  If you would like to have your complete Lodge calendar  posted on line, please sign up for a Virtual Home Page and we will provide a link to your calendar on  the Lodge Information page.  If you have a calendar on a web site  now, we will be glad to link to your website if you would prefer. Using this method  allows  you to make changes or updates to your calendar instantly available on this site.  Also, this will double your exposure on the web by having the information on your calendar available on  two sites.  All submissions to the New Mexico Elks Calendar should include the following:

Charitable work or Youth Activities....

       Most of the Charitable work we perform fails to get noticed.  This page allows the Lodges  to publish a photo and brief description of what your Lodge is doing.  This is your page to sound off.  We will try to post as many photos and stories as download time permits.  If all 23 Lodges contribute, you may only
get one article posted.  If only 2 or 3 Lodges contribute, you may have two or three articles posted at the same time.  If you will send your information, I will
